Robert H. Miles recently published an article in the Harvard Business Review detailing six mistakes that can decrease management’s ability to change direction or strategy. Miles warns against overly cautious management who are in denial of reality, a business as usual approach, launching too many initiatives, taking too long to launch or forgetting the team when launching. 1
